We recorded a 75 minute traditional practice last week at my home. Angie led Eddy and I through our Adhara sequence, which is a Hatha style class with 45 postures. This is a very calming, challenging and grounding class that requires focus and will build determination and endurance with repetition.


We started a YouTube Channel today, Aalaya Yoga, and you can practice this class for free there.
